真空带式干燥机

真空带式干燥机是近几年国内发展起来的一种新型干燥设备,广泛适用于绝大多数天然植物药的提取物,尤其适合粘性高、易结团、热塑性、热敏性的药物或不适宜于采用喷雾干燥法的物系,可连续进料、连续出料。其进料、干燥、出料整个过程密闭,在高真空度下进行,不与外界环境接触,符合GMP要求。

在二十世纪50年代,真空带式干燥机首先由德国Merk公司研发成功,随后德国的E&E(易恩)公司、瑞士Bucher公司和日本的大川株式会社也相继跟上,经过近50年的发展,随着计算机技术的快速发展和应用,真空带式干燥机已经成为集光机电一体化的高技术干燥设备。

温州市鸿都轻工机械有限公司由专业人员赴国外研究考察,在充分研究了德国的E&E(易恩)公司、瑞士Bucher公司和日本的大川株式会社同类设备的基础上,吸取国外的先进技术,自主研究开发了TZ型真空带式干燥机。解决了长期以来中药行业中许多浸膏难以干燥的问题,采用喷雾干燥温度高,热敏性物质易被破坏,采用真空烘箱干燥时间长,能耗高,间断操作,容易染菌和吸潮,达不到GMP质量标准。温州市鸿都轻工机械有限公司TZ型真空带式干燥机的研制成功,对中药、医药中间体、精细化工、食品及保健品等行业的干燥问题起到了极为积极的推动作用,是替代喷雾干燥和真空烘箱干燥的最佳产品。如中药行业:丹参、复方丹参、川芎、当归、穿心莲、灵芝、苦参、人参、刺五加等;食品保健品行业:咖啡、麦乳精、果珍、速溶奶粉、速溶茶等;还有精细化工、颜料、农药等行业都有非常好的应用效果。

TZ型真空带式干燥机不但干燥温度低、可连续化生产,而且干燥过程损失小、浪费少、轻松操作,最为重要的是降低劳动强度,节省大量的能源。以TZ4型带式真空连续干燥机为例,与同产量真空干燥箱对比,可节约用电65%,节约蒸汽70%;比同产量的喷雾干燥机节约用电75%,节约蒸汽85%

SUMMARY

The vacuum belt type drying machine is a new model drying device developed in recent years in the country. It is widely suitable for extracts of most natural vegetable drugs, and is especially suitable for drugs of high viscosity, drugs that are easy to agglomerate, thermoplastic and heat sensitive drugs, and materials that are inapplicable to the spray drying process. Continuous feeding and discharging can be realized. The whole process of feeding, drying and discharging is carried out under high vacuum without contact with the outside, which conforms to GMP requirements.

After nearly 50 years of development, with the rapid development and application of computer technology, the vacuum belt type drying machine has become a high-tech drying device with optical, mechanical and electrical integration.

On the basis of fully studying the same devices of Germany E&E Company, Switzerland Bucher Company and Japan Okawa Co., Ltd., we have independently researched and developed the TZ model vacuum belt type drying machine by absorbing advanced technology from abroad. The machine has solved the problem of difficult extractum drying existing over a long period of time in traditional Chinese medicine industry. If the spray drying is adopted, the temperature is high and the heat sensitive materials will be easily damaged.

If the vacuum oven is adopted for drying, bacterial contamination  and moisture absorption will easily occur because of too long drying time, high energy consumption and intermittent operation, which cannot meet GMP quality standards. The successful research and development of the TZ model vacuum belt type drying machine by wenzhou City  hongdu Light Industry Co., Ltd. has played an active role in solving the drying problems in such industries as traditional Chinese medicine, medicine intermediate, fine chemical industry, food, health products and etc. It is an optimal product that replaces the spray drying and vacuum oven drying. Not only the TZ model vacuum belt type drying machine is featured by low drying temperature, continuous production, low loss during the drying process, few waste and easy operation, but the most important is that it can reduce labor intensity and save large amount of energy. Taking the TZ4 model belt type vacuum continuous drying machine as an example, when compared with the vacuum drying oven of the same output, it can save 65% of electricity and 70% of steam, and when compared with the spray drying machine of the same output, it can save 75% of electricity and 85% of steam.

工作原理:

待干燥的物料通过螺杆计量泵将其送入干燥机的真空室内,并由布料电机均匀的滩涂在传送带上。由电机驱动特制的辊轴传动传送带,并以设定的速度运转。传送带下面设有相互独立的加热板和一组冷却板,传送带与加热板、冷却板紧密贴合,以接触传热的方式将干燥所需的热量传递给物料与冷却。根据物料性质的不同设定传送带的运转速度,当物料由传送带从筒体的一端运送到另一端时,物料已经干燥并冷却。传送带折回时,干燥后的料饼从传送带上剥离,通过粉碎装置进行粉碎后,经由蝶阀气闸出料,获得的颗粒,可直接制成胶囊或压片。

整台设备采用PLC控制。通过PC机的人机界面来操作设备。在干燥机附近设置触摸屏操作面板,配置图形界面,能显示各类工艺参数、生产数据等参数,可实时进行修改和调控。可配备CIP在位清洗,使得更换产品清洗非常方便。
