技术特点:

TECHNICAL FEATURES

2. Low temperature drying, adjustable according to different materials (35, 90).

3. Certain crystallization may occur during the drying process. After pulverization, the powder will have good fluidity and can be directly used for capsule filling.

4. The feeding speed can be precisely adjusted. Even when the feeding volume is very low, the material spreading device still can spread the materials evenly.

5. Each conveyor belt in the tank body can be separately controlled by the frequency converter motor.

6. Automatic granulation. Under the vacuum status, the dry granules are continuously discharged to the material storage barrel. The material storage barrel can be changed during the automatic drying process.

7. Low energy consumption and low noise.

8. The equipment can realize CIP in-place cleaning to achieve high sanitary degree.

9. The conveyor belt movement is controlled by frequency conversion speed adjustment motor, which is provided with functions of deviation correction and tension adjustment.
