Operational principle

Through set programme (adjustable programme), CIP system makes auomatically preparation clean liquid, via pneumatic control valve and transfer pump and loop liquid pump finishing transfer of clean liquid and whole clean process of circulation circle clean and drain and recovery. Through conduct inspection instrument and PLC constituting control system reaches auto online clean.

系统组成

智能型CIP系统为一中央集成系统，包含注射水罐、CIP罐、板式换热器、管道过滤器、送液泵、回液泵、温度控制仪、液位控制仪、电导率检测仪、PLC触摸屏、控制柜及系统管阀件等组成。

CIP系统的全称为 Cleaning in place System，中文名称译为在线就地清洗系统，是指生产设备(罐体、管道、泵等)及整个生产线在无需人工拆开或打开的前提下，  在闭合的回路中进行循环清洗、消毒 。适用用于乳品、饮料 、酒类、农副产品加工等行业的设备和管道的清洗。
